Return and exchange:
All our soap and skincare products are made from 100% natural ingredients free from added preservants and keep in special temperature and space to reach you in the a perfect condition and quality to use, hence we don’t accept return for any of them. Same applies to wearables for hygienic reasons. For other products returns are applicable for items in original packaging and Pristine condition the thing that will be tested closely after receiving them and refunding accordingly.
Aditional Shipping charges ( regular charges to the same address) apply to all returned items as the cost of return.
